Please read carefully before using our services. By using Deblop, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.1 All users must pass KYC verification if requested (valid government ID + recent utility bill).
1.2 Accounts may be terminated immediately if:

3.1 No refunds for:
3.2 Chargebacks incur a $150 penalty fee + permanent blacklisting from all Deblop services.
3.3 Service auto-renews 7 days before expiration unless canceled in writing via support ticket.
3.4 All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
4.1 We guarantee 99.9% network uptime for all hosting services.
4.2 Credits are provided for downtime exceeding 0.1% (maximum 10% of monthly fee).
4.3 Scheduled maintenance (notified 48 hours in advance) is excluded from SLA.
5.1 Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups.
5.2 While we provide backup services, we do not guarantee backup integrity.
5.3 Data loss claims are limited to a maximum of 1 month's service fee.
6.1 Servers must comply with all applicable laws.
6.2 Resource usage must be reasonable (shared hosting CPU < 25% consistently).
6.3 No network abuse (port scanning, packet flooding, IP spoofing).
7.1 We reserve the right to suspend services immediately for violations.
7.2 Customers may terminate services anytime via client area.
7.3 No refunds for partial months upon voluntary termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deblop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice via email for material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
