Deblop Data Centers - Terms of Service

By using any Deblop service, you irrevocably agree to these terms.
1. Account Eligibility & Verification
1.1 All users must pass KYC verification if requested (valid government ID + recent utility bill).
1.2 Accounts may be terminated immediately if:
- Provided information is falsified
- User is on any sanctions list (OFAC, UN, EU)
- User resides in a prohibited jurisdiction
2. Absolute Prohibitions
Zero-tolerance violations (instant termination + data forfeiture):
- Child exploitation material (reported to authorities)
- DDoS-for-hire services
- Cryptocurrency mining (all forms)
- Tor exit nodes/VPN services
- Bulk email sending (>500/day without written approval)
3. Financial Terms
3.1 No refunds for:
- VPS/Dedicated servers
- Domain registrations
- "Abuse-related" suspensions
3.2 Chargebacks incur a $150 penalty fee + permanent blacklisting.
3.3 Service auto-renews 7 days before expiration unless canceled in writing.
